Mission and Objectives
Mission
The Professional Graduate Program in Water Resources Engineering – PPGPEH has the mission of training professionals to work in research and in the development of innovative products and processes, whether in public or private organizations, in the various areas related to water resources, contributing to regional and national progress, as well as to the sustainability of water use in the country.
Vision
To be a graduate program of reference, with national and international presence, and recognized as a center of excellence in knowledge production and in the training of researchers and professionals in Engineering I fields, contributing to the sustainable development of water resources use in the country.
Objective
PPGPEH aims primarily to train professionals active in the job market who are committed to the advancement of knowledge and innovation. At the same time, it seeks to establish a strong partnership with the productive sector in order to promote knowledge exchange and meet its needs, resulting in improvements in the well-being of Brazilian society through the dissemination of the technologies developed.
